2. Purchases & Payments

• A 30% deposit is required to reserve a pet

• Full refund within 3 hours of deposit

• 50% refund between 3-24 hours

• No refund after 24 hours — credit applied to future purchase

• Accepted methods: Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Klarna, Affirm, Cash

• 14-day health guarantee from delivery date

• 1-year genetic guarantee

• Lifetime breed purity guarantee

• Guarantee valid in the United States only​

4. No Returns Returns are not accepted due to allergies, change of preference, or improper handling.
