At Bright Puppy, our priority is the health and well-being of every puppy. We believe puppies should stay with their mothers until they are fully ready to transition to their new homes, so they are not always present at our office. Our process focuses on transparency and connection rather than physical display. We share updated photos and videos of the breed or litter you’re interested in, allowing you to see their development in a calm, natural environment. The Meet Your Puppy Call is a friendly and informative video consultation designed to: Get to know you and your lifestyle Explain our process, philosophy, and available breeds Answer important questions before making a decision Show photos or clips when available Client Participation: For security, transparency, and a more personal experience, clients are asked to join the video call with their camera on. This helps us build trust, ensure genuine communication, and better understand your needs and preferences. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment during the call. In-person visits to our office are by appointment only and are meant to meet our team, discuss your puppy search, and learn more about our program — even if the puppies are not physically there. Occasionally, a few puppies may be available at the office for introductions, but our goal is to keep them safe and comfortable with their mothers until delivery. Ultimately, our mission is to ensure every puppy goes directly from the breeder to their new family, minimizing stress and ensuring a smooth, loving transition. 🐶💛
