Política de Cancelamento

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $20 fee to compensate for reserved time and preparation. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Payments made to secure the appointment are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once if notice is given 24 hours in advance. Please arrive on time; delays of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and could result in a partial or full session fee. Aggressive or unsafe pets may be refused service for safety reasons. Prices and policies are subject to change with notice.
