        Key Commercial Terms Offered to Customers
 
        By purchasing a puppy, pet accessories, or related services through our website, in person, by phone, WhatsApp, or any              other medium, you agree to the following terms:
 

  • You are responsible for reading the full product description before making a purchase.

  • You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy and complete the checkout process.

       The prices listed on our website are the current charges for our products and services.
  
       We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, and adjust taxes or fees at any time.
       Additional details regarding pricing, taxes, and fees can be found during the checkout process.

 

       Refund & Return Policy – Accessories and Non-Living Products
 

       We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For accessories and other non-living items, our policy is as follows:
 

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories, packaging, and the original proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the product is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including customized, personalized, or perishable items, as clearly indicated on our website.

    Refund & Return Policy – Puppies and Live Animals
     

  • Once a healthy puppy has been delivered, no refunds (partial or full) will be granted for reasons unrelated to the puppy’s health, such as:

  • Rejection by other pets or household members.

  • Owner’s inability to care for the puppy.

  • Lifestyle, personal, or situational changes.

    Health Guarantee
     

  • At the time of delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the puppy and, if desired, perform veterinary tests at their own expense.

  • Our guarantee covers parvovirus and distemper within the initial period after delivery.

  • We also provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee for hereditary conditions.

  • Any illness or condition that develops after delivery and was not present at the time of transfer is not covered.

    Breed Guarantee
     

  • If, within the first 2 months after delivery, the puppy develops traits inconsistent with the breed sold, the buyer may return the puppy in perfect condition for rehoming through our breeders.

  • In such cases, Bright Puppy will provide a replacement puppy of the correct breed within approximately 30 days.

  • No monetary refunds will be issued.

    Important Limitations
     

  • Once a puppy has been delivered and more than 48 hours have passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • If a warranty-related issue arises, the buyer is responsible for transporting the puppy to the location indicated by Bright Puppy, covering all related expenses.

    Cancellation Policy
     

  • Grooming or service appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $20 fee.

    Additional Terms
     

  • Bright Puppy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future transactions.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
