Bright Puppy offers delivery services across the United States and select international locations. All deliveries are handled in person to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of each puppy.

1. Delivery Options & Costs

• Nationwide Delivery: We provide delivery to cities across the U.S. Delivery fees vary depending on distance, location, and travel requirements.

• International Delivery: Bright Puppy offers international delivery to select countries, subject to local regulations and import requirements. All international deliveries are coordinated in advance to ensure compliance with veterinary, airline, and customs guidelines. Additional costs may apply for health certificates, vaccinations, travel crates, and customs clearance fees. Buyers are responsible for verifying the import requirements of their country and covering any associated expenses.

2. Delivery Process

• All puppies are delivered in person by trusted transport partners or Bright Puppy staff.

• Buyers are responsible for being available at the arranged delivery time and location.

• Transportation includes appropriate care, rest, and safety measures for the puppy during travel.

 

3. Health Verification at Delivery

​

• Upon receiving your puppy, you must verify its health and physical condition immediately.

• By accepting delivery, you confirm that the puppy arrived in good health and free of visible issues.

• Any concerns regarding health or condition must be reported to Bright Puppy at the time of delivery.

 

4. Additional Terms

​

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

• Delays due to weather, airline restrictions, or unforeseen travel issues may affect delivery times. Bright Puppy will communicate updates promptly but is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

• For warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for transporting the puppy back to the location designated by Bright Puppy, covering associated costs.
